TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Consent for emergency medical treatment. I agree, in the event of injury or illness, I authorize camp staff to obtain assistance from doctors. All medical, dental, or other health expenses are the responsibility of the camper or parent/guardian.

Permission to take and use photograph. I give permission to use my camper's photo taken at MVA Sport Camp, MVA sports can use, assign, transfer to copyright, publish/print/send electronically, with or without my camper name and/or use as web content.

Liability Release In consideration, I agree to assume all risk associated with sports and agree to hold MVA, the Montverde Academy, coaches and all staff and camp volunteers harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims of any kind whatsoever which may arise by or in connection with my son/daughter’s participation in this sport. The terms hereof shall serve as a release, and assumption of risk for my heirs, estate, executor, assignees, and for all members of my family.

REGISTRATION TAX / COACHES SUPPORT (USD $1,200)

I understand that the registration fee and support from coaches are REFUNDABLE, as long as they are communicated via email contato@mvasportcamp.com by February 1st, 2025. I understand that after December 31st, 2024 registration tax will cost $1,300. This fee confirms your place at the MVA SPORT CAMP 2025.

A taxa inclui assistência 24h da equipe dos coaches durante toda a viagem, desde o embarque até o retorno, além da ronda médica permanente com a presença do médico do esporte e fisioterapeuta.
